Since entering the industry in 2015 after receiving his undergraduate degree in International Business from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Aaron has established a track record of success in the leasing, trading, financing, and management of commercial aircraft and engine investments. Utilizing creativity, his deep network, and unrivaled work ethic, Aaron creates value through his nose-tail approach of deal origination, analysis, strategy, management, and execution in order to maximize returns for Aerolease's shareholders.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys writing and playing music, keeping active, going to his local airport to planespot, supporting ISTAT initiatives, and spending quality time with his wife and young son. Aaron is also a private pilot and continues to be very active in his local General Aviation community.
